BAKAN KURUM DUYURDU<\/h4>\n

\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakan\u0131 Kurum, konuyla ilgili “15 Eyl\u00fcl’de otopark y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek. Art\u0131k bundan sonradan yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015flerde her daireye bir otopark yapaca\u011f\u0131z” <\/strong>a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

HER DA\u0130REYE 1 OTOPARK<\/h4>\n

Buna taraf\u0131ndan, Otopark Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ile halen “her 3 daireye 1 otopark” zorunlulu\u011fu, “her 1 daireye 1 otopark” olarak revize edilirken, belediyelerin bu say\u0131y\u0131 art\u0131rabilmelerine de imkan sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netmelikle her otopark yerinin, belediyelerce bu y\u00f6nde karar al\u0131nmas\u0131 halinde, ait oldu\u011fu egemen b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn eklentisi olarak tapuda belirtilebilmesi imkan\u0131 da getiriliyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130mar Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi’nde yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme ile yine y\u00f6netmelikte yer alan bir \u00f6teki icat ise su basman kotu +1,20 metre a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yap\u0131lacak olan ve bina ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n 2 kat\u0131 de\u011fin otopark alan\u0131 emsal hesab\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k havada tutulmas\u0131 olarak belirlendi. Bu sayede Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a bina bah\u00e7elerinin otopark olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflendi.<\/p>\n

Iyice g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc bodrum katlarda yer alan ve a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kamayan otoparklar ise b\u00f6lge s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 olmadan ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla emsal harici tutulacak.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netmelikle zeminin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da kalmak kayd\u0131yla alt ve arkadaki bah\u00e7elerin tamam\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131, \u00f6n bah\u00e7enin ise yola 3 metre kalana de\u011fin alt\u0131 iyice otopark yap\u0131labilir ayla getirilecek. \u00d6n bah\u00e7e geni\u015fli\u011fi en az 7 metre olan parsellerde ise binaya minimum 2 metre mesafe ele vermek kayd\u0131yla \u00f6n bah\u00e7ede a\u00e7\u0131k otopark yap\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n

KAR\u015eILIKLI OTOPARK<\/h4>\n

Kom\u015fu iki parselin anla\u015fmas\u0131 ve tapuya \u015ferh d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesi halinde ise aradaki duvar kald\u0131r\u0131larak bu alan ge\u00e7i\u015f yolu olarak d\u00fczenlenmek kayd\u0131yla kom\u015fu bina bah\u00e7eleri de ortak otopark olarak d\u00fczenlenebilecek.<\/p>\n

Y\u00f6netmelikle ayr\u0131ca parselin arka bah\u00e7elerinde mekanik otopark yapma imkan\u0131 getirilecek.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca bug\u00fcn yap\u0131lan bir de\u011fi\u015fiklikle de cephesi 9 metreden veya alan\u0131 250 metrekareden ufak olan, mimari ve alan yetersizli\u011fi nedenleriyle k\u0131smen otopark yap\u0131labilen parsellerde, otopark ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n asgari yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n parselinde kar\u015f\u0131lanabilmesi halinde konut i\u00e7in gereken asgari otopark ihtiyac\u0131 y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda azalt\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
