Aytekin KALENDER\/R\u0130ZE, – R\u0130ZE’li hukuk\u00e7u \u00dcmit Pe\u00e7e,\u00a0\u0130mar Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131’n\u0131n genel anlamda yard\u0131msever bir dilek\u00e7e oldu\u011funuancak\u00a0kanunun hemen \u015fimdi netlik kazanmayan ve vatanda\u015flar\u0131 zor durumda b\u0131rakan konular\u0131n\u0131nda oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca, kamuoyunda ‘\u0130mar Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131’ olarak a\u015fina 18 May\u0131s 2018 tarihli resmi gazetede yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren imar yasas\u0131 ile ilgili Avukat \u00dcmit Pe\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulundu. Pe\u00e7e, \u0130mar Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131’n\u0131n yard\u0131mc\u0131 ve uygun bir d\u00fczenleme oldu\u011funu belirterek, “Bu sahiden \u00e7ok g\u00fczel ve yerinde bir d\u00fczenlemedir. T\u00fcrkiye’de bir\u00e7ok tescil d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. b\u00f6ylece imar bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 koskocoman bir f\u0131rsat ancak yasa \u00e7ok \u00e7abuk ve detayl\u0131ca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeden g\u00fcndeme getirildi.” dedi.<\/p>\n

Pe\u00e7e ‘\u0130mar Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131’n\u0131n yeni bir dilek\u00e7e oldu\u011fundan \u00fcst\u00fcnde netlik kazanmayan noktalar\u0131n bulundu\u011funu belirtirken bu konuda en fazla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlar hakk\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n

Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu konuda derhal bir egzersiz yapmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada \u015fu \u015fekilde olmal\u0131; e\u011fer benim dairem 100 metrekare ise bunun \u00fczerinden yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi gerekiyor.
